A week before the Michigander cross-state bicycle tour, a group of us gathered for a long training ride that took us from Rochester through Rochester Hills, Auburn Hills, Bloomfield Township and into Pontiac on the Clinton River Trail.

We rode until the surface turned to ballast - large fist-sized rocks. Meet some of the riders and hear their stories in the video above.
